The first floor is the concrete slab, polished & sealed. Second floor is tongue and groove pine decking sanded and sealed. The interior partitions upstairs are covered with plywood, the seams covered with wood lattice, finished in eurethane. Downstairs, the Thai bathroom provides partitions for the living and dining/kitchen area. Upstairs interior walls are 2x4 construction with plywood rather than drywall.
